Boo!

Did I scare you? LOL.

Looks like I'm not the only Fall and Halloween fan judging by the posts here. It's definitely my favorite time of year.

We've pulled out the Halloween decorations. In some ways, it's like pulling out old friends. There is the pirate Jack-o-Lantern that was my husband's when he was little. There's the paper trio of ghosts and skeletons and the Halloween tree decorations that I bought when I was in college. There's the orange and black tablecloth that I bought not long after I was married. There's the bat that you hang up and he flies in a circle that we bought when the girls were little. They named him "Batty" and he's an annual favorite. There's a skull that came from a table at a Romantic Times Convention. And of course there is an inflatable Snoopy. Can't have Halloween without Snoopy!

I look forward to decorating for Halloween (and Christmas) every year because I take a trip down memory lane with each decoration.
